Fungi and Wild Food Foraging
Saturday 18th September, 10AM-12PM, Venue TBCAfter the success of our ‘Growing Edible Mushrooms’ workshop, we will be taking the quest for edible mushrooms out into the field. This workshop will look at foraging and identifying fungi, and the surprisingly wide variety of other edible plants that are growing around us. This workshop will take place beyond the backgreen, and we’ll meet out on location. The venue is still TBC, but possibilities are the Water of Leith or around Craiglockart hill.
