Introduction
The Slateford community backgreen is located off Slateford Road in the West of Edinburgh.  There are approximately 40 households living around the site.  The Slateford Community Backgreen Group was brought into being in 2007.  The group is made up of folk who live around the site or own a flat there who are interested in working together to make the most of the potential of the backgreens.  We now have a shared shed and tools donated by ECBA for the use of group members.

Get Involved
We are organising workshops to do up the backgreens around the site and put in new features like bike sheds.  To keep up to date with what's happening, and to get involved, join the Slateford group on Ning.  If you've just moved into the site please let ECBA know by email.
